ââ¬ÂBon Voyage, Mr Presidentââ¬Â by Gabriel Garcia Marquez Essay
Bon Voyage, Mr President is a short story composed by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. This is a story of a South American President estranged abroad. Approaching the finish of his days, we are given a knowledge into the life of a man with harmed pride, thinking back the days that passed by thus quick, where the President had lost all that he had worked for and knew. Statements Bon Voyage, Mr. President ââ¬ËResting on the silver handle of his caneââ¬â¢ This citation underlines the Presidents style and significance. His significance is implemented by the reality he conveys a stick and not a typical strolling stick. A stick being the regular instrument of terrorizing utilized by the military and by the individuals who feel they are better than the normal non military personnel. The silver handle on the stick represents his polish. He had style, polish and capital, just as power, his general impact taking care of business of status. ââ¬ËHe was one all the more in disguise in the city of distinguished incognitosââ¬â¢ This citation is an inconsistency. In secret methods in camouflage, while distinguished intends to stick out. This Catch 22 summarizes the President; he needs to not be seen, yet at the same time needs notoriety. So while wearing garments every other person was wearing, something would make him stick out. He needs notoriety and force, yet not for being the President in a state of banishment. ââ¬ËOnly the exhaustion of his skin sold out the condition of his healthââ¬â¢ Where the president dressed gorgeously, with fine garments, and his hair didn't part with traces old enough, with strands of silver hair, his skin was ghastly and wrinkled that of an elderly person. The citation shows that the president looked youthful and acted youthful, and on the off chance that it were not for his skin he could have gone for a more youthful man. ââ¬ËOn his first visit to Geneva the lake had been quiet and clear and there were agreeable gulls that would eat of oneââ¬â¢s handââ¬â¢ This is a genuine case of Rhetoric. It utilizes sub literary language and Marquez utilizes enticing composition. This announcement infers that the president was ground-breaking and utilizing the gulls as a similarity, looks at them to regular people and how, once, they were available to his no matter what. Remaking ââ¬ËWhen showing up in Trinidad he became one increasingly helpless man in a nation loaded with amazing poor menââ¬â¢ This citation is an inconsistency; the sound system commonplace needy individual would not be incredible. This oddity communicates how the President more likely than not felt. Restricted to his influence and riches from running a nation, he was currently to some degree mediocre. In a state of banishment in a remote nation, he was encircled by men that were brought up in this milieu. Incredible, by the methods, that they knew and nearly directed how everything functioned. ââ¬ËOnly the slight issue of not being a lawful resident in Trinidad tricked the genuine circumstance of his affairsââ¬â¢ This citation is a deprecatory actuality. The President may feel it a positive circumstance, as he was unable to be tied genuinely to any one spot, so he can't be harmed in the event that he is, again, tossed out, as on account of Columbia. Anyway it could likewise be a negative factor since things that will be a need for an agreeable life, for example a vocation, would be practically difficult to accomplish. Free Choice; the Perplexing Simplicity of a Lack of Nothing ââ¬ËOne never can see the thing in itself, on the grounds that the psyche doesn't rise above phenomenaââ¬â¢ This announcement has sub printed meaning. On a superficial level it implies, you can't see something if the psyche doesn't accept that it can out do the extra-customary. In any case, underneath that, I feel that this citation nearly has a moralistic sub printed meaning, this being on the off chance that you imagine that inside yourself, you canââ¬â¢t accomplish something and you donââ¬â¢t endeavor to, you will always be unable to. When persuaded it is unimaginable, it is. ââ¬ËMy vision started to reduce in both extension and lucidity, and I supplicated miserably for the message that I had left to be secured by those to whom I had expected it, and not by those to whom the extreme worth was surpassed uniquely by their grotesque predilectionsââ¬â¢ This citation is a fine case of the sound system average strict conviction that asking in a troublesome circumstance, you will be soothed everything being equal. The character looks towards G-d to right off the bat ensure him and also secure the data he has been depended with being described to an inappropriate people. The character accepts that g-d will support him and this is a generally excellent outline of idolism. There are numerous correlations with make between the over eight statements, just as between the three concentrates, all being completely singular pieces. Bon Voyage, Mr. President and the Reconstruction are both to some degree related in the implies that they have a similar story line and foundation, the similitudes extremely apparent. Be that as it may, nonetheless, The Perplexing Simplicity of a Lack of Nothing is a different bit of composing, communicating disarray, urgency and indefinite quality contradicted to Bon Voyage, Mr. President and the Reconstruction, which was loaded with success and comprehension. Every one of the three of these concentrates were elegantly composed and individual; anyway there are reactions to be made. The President, in Bon Voyage, Mr. President, is a sound system run of the mill, military based, tyrant figure. Things like ââ¬Ëâ⬠¦stiff cap of a resigned magistrate.ââ¬â¢ Or ââ¬Ëâ⬠¦arrogant mustache of a musketeer.ââ¬â¢ all present the picture of man in charge, who might not carry out a wrongdoing. In this portrayal, nothing provides away any savvy or some insight that would mirror the offense he resolved to be banished. Marquez keeps some key data that would permit the peruser to be more grasped by the short story, mystery, and that, I feel, nearly ruins the entire story. By utilizing a more Rhetoric kind of composing the peruser would discover Marquezââ¬â¢s composing progressively charming. The Reconstruction is intended to be connected to Bon Voyage, Mr. President, anyway the creator depicted Mr. President as a serious distinctive character. The creator inferred that the President was a laid back man, with much expectation and little lament; he was looking towards the future and not at the past by saying ââ¬ËHe now had a skip in his progression and he changed into a silk shirt with cotton shortsââ¬â¢. This Rhetoric gives the contrary impression to which Bon Voyage, Mr. President was attempting to present. This is a simple error, yet whenever read together would befuddle the peruser. The Perplexing Simplicity of a Lack of Nothing is a troublesome piece to comprehend, with possibly shrouded meaning. There was not really any hugeness that could be drawn from it. A gigantic disappointment, of the creator, was that, there didn't appear to be any consistent story line, there was a base, yet the greater part bounced from thought to thought. Likewise, the words utilized were hard to grasp in a short story and too many utilized excessively near one another. This material was more novel quality instead of a concentrate or short story, the creator ought to have remembered what kind of story they were approached to make and not trail from it.

Should Mt Be Compulsory Free Essays
Primary language (MT) ought not be a necessary subject for optional school understudies. Do you concur? Voltaire once stated, ââ¬Å"Life is a wreck however we should not neglect to sing in the rafts. â⬠If you donââ¬â¢t get all that you need, think about the things that you donââ¬â¢t get and you donââ¬â¢t need. We will compose a custom exposition test on Should Mt Be Compulsory or on the other hand any comparative theme just for you Request Now Great morning to all, Iââ¬â¢m Jan and today I will be disclosing to you why I think Mother Tongue ought to be an obligatory subject for optional school students. To a significant number of us, Mother Tongue is presumably probably the greatest hindrance to survive. Nonetheless, I feel that the main path for us to in the long run succeed is to initially acknowledge disappointments. In my contention, I will initially express the issues optional school understudies are presently confronting concerning taking Mother Tongue as a subject, trailed by the significance of taking Mother Tongue, lastly the outcomes of removing it from the rundown of necessary subjects. Instruction is currently of regular reach to individuals around the world. This would likewise imply that opposition among individuals all around the globe for a spot in the general public is getting higher, making the language trouble increment and understudies to think that its difficult to make up for lost time, in the long ru n confronting the danger of disappointment. This is a typical scene in numerous auxiliary schools, which is additionally the motivation behind why the Ministry of Education is thinking about to strike this subject off the rundown of obligatory subjects. Be that as it may, I for one feel that Mother Tongue ought to stay an obligatory subject as it permits us to save our way of life and legacy since it is passed down from our ancestors. If Mother Tongue is made discretionary, numerous understudies would not have any desire to take Mother Tongue and this will upset interchanges between the more established and more youthful ages. Our Mother Tongue is passed down from our predecessors for ages and ought not be trifled with so. Loving and completely valuing it is the main right activity. Consequently, despite the fact that it might be hampering understudies from doing great scholastically, we ought to never discover pardons for taking the path of least resistance. Taking Mother Tongue ut of the necessary rundown of subjects isn't he lping the general public. It is presently turning out to be increasingly important and just having the option to communicate in one language isn't sufficient. The quantity of outsiders taking up a subsequent language is expanding. For instance, autonomous schools like Brighton College had made Chinese a mandatory language. In light of current circumstances, Singaporeans will chance missing out to outsiders and think that its hard to get a new line of work later on because of intense rivalry if the MOE chooses to make Mother Tongue optional. In end, I feel that Mother Tongue ought to be an obligatory subject. The motivation behind why most understudies can't do well is just on the grounds that they don't have enthusiasm for their subsequent language. Our educators open the entryways, yet we need to enter without anyone else. We can't exclusively rely upon what we are being instructed in school. Expressly finding and investigating our own way of life is the best way to create premium and persuade us to find out additional. Keep in mind, formal training will make you a living; self-instruction will make you a fortune. Much obliged to you. Macroeconomics and its study with relevance to china Free Essays
Synopsis In understanding to the definition of most recent financial information compared with macroeconomic principals and hypotheses it very well may be expressed that toward the beginning of 2006, the Peopleââ¬â¢s Republic of China authoritatively broadcasted itself as the fourth biggest economy, dictated by USD-swapping scale abandoning France and the United Kingdom. The Peopleââ¬â¢s Republic of China has an economy, which is reviewed as the fourth biggest economy on the planet, when estimated by ostensible GDP. As indicated by the records of 2005, about 70% of Chinaââ¬â¢s GDP is in the private area. We will compose a custom article test on Macroeconomics and its examination with pertinence to china or on the other hand any comparable theme just for you Request Now Presentation As indicated by The Star Business, it is assessed by the budgetary experts of Pricewaterhouse Coopers that, ââ¬Å"China could surpass the United States by 2025 to be the worldââ¬â¢s biggest economy and is foreseen to develop to about 130% the size of the United States by 2050â⬠.[1] (The Star, 2008) it can well be expressed that the premise of this announcement is totally subject to the microeconomic speculations identified with fund and especially the amount hypothesis of cash. All in all, it tends to be expressed that Macroeconomics is a development of financial aspects that has its exchanges with the conduct, structure and execution regarding provincial or national economy. Collected markers value lists, joblessness rates and GDP are the prime elements of this subject alongside a few different factors, for example, universal money, worldwide exchange, speculation, investment funds, expansion, joblessness, utilization, yield and national pay. The present article breaks down the patterns of Chinese account showcase and applies the amount hypothesis of cash and the force or speed of its flow in Chinese market and past. The condition of trade for example M. V=P.Y is applied for this situation to yield the gauge. In agreement to the definition it very well may be expressed that Chinaââ¬â¢s National Bureau of Statistics in December 2005 recalculated its 2004 ostensible GDP raised by 16.8% or Rmb2, 336.3 billion (US$281.9 billion), making China the sixth biggest economy on the planet, abandon Italy, with a GDP of nearly $2 trillion USD. Toward the beginning of 2006, the Peopleââ¬â¢s Republic of China authoritatively declared itself as the fourth biggest economy, controlled by USD-conversion standard deserting France and the United Kingdom. (Edelman, 2005) Conversation Toward the start of 2006 China emerges as the second biggest economy on the planet dictated by residential PPP (buying power) measure, at about $10 trillion USD, albeit such guess must be taken with a lot of caution as PPP estimation is obscure, like never before in a gigantic nation like China, Chinese procuring limit shifts drastically among Shanghai and Sichuan, and PPP is irrelevant for imported items and abroad acquisitions. Before the finish of 2008, China predict (controlled by conversion standard) to go past Germany as the third biggest economy, and to surpass Japan continuously 2015. (IMF, 2007) Thus, it is sure that China is quick turning into a worldwide super influence, at any rate monetarily as the amount hypothesis of cash proposes and as determined by the money related experts of Pricewaterhouse dependent on this hypothesis. The Peopleââ¬â¢s Republic of China has an economy, which is evaluated as the fourth biggest economy on the planet, when estimated by ostensible GDP. Its financially savvy efficiency for 2006 was $2.68 trillion USD.à Its for each capita GDP is rising quickly. As per the records of 2005, about 70% of Chinaââ¬â¢s GDP is in the private part. The less huge open part is involved by around 200 enormous state endeavors coordinated basically in utilities, vitality assets, and substantial ventures. Since 1978 the Peopleââ¬â¢s Republic of China (PRC) government has been rebuilding its economy from a Soviet-style midway arranged economy, where the state or government have the sole control over the issue of creation and takes all choices about their usage and about the scattering of salary, to another market-situated economy, in which the assembling and spread of products and ventures is done through the arrangement of free markets coordinated by a complimentary value framework. Inside the political skeleton, given by the Communist Party of China this financial framework has been named as Socialism with Chinese qualities and is a class of blended economy. Since 1978 after the execution of these changes, a huge number of individuals have been raised out of destitution, cutting down the neediness rate from 53% of people in 1981 to 8% by 2001. (Kar, 2006)Thus it is plainly observed that the speed of cash is quick picking up force and when the condition of M. V=P.Y is applied plainly development is unmistakable and steady. The record of Chinaââ¬â¢s progress in the course of recent decades has shown naysayer wrong and confident people not constructive enough. Upon close evaluation, Chinaââ¬â¢s record loses a portion of its sheen. Chinaââ¬â¢s monetary introduction since 1979, for instance, is in reality less forcing than that of its East Asian rivals. Despite Chinaââ¬â¢s recognized financial advancement, its per capita and all out GDP development has been over taken by certain countries. From 1999 to 2006, Russiaââ¬â¢s negligible per capita GDP expanded from $1334 to $6879 (515 percent), while that in Peopleââ¬â¢s Republic China expanded from $870 to $2000 (229 percent). Thus great are some oil creating countries of Middle Eastern, for example, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Brunei. Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, and Angola had outpaced China in using gigantic vitality coffers in a similar time. Then again, Equatorial Guinea, an African nation recorded 79% percent genuine GDP growth in 2004. Indeed, even a few nations in Asia, for example, Vietnam have made GDP triple somewhere in the range of 1999 and 2006 in apparent per capita dollar premise, incredibly more than China. The quality of in general economy is a significant determinant of political importance in right now and China is doing very well in this possibility. (Lord, 2006) In subordinate, it must be remembered that per capita pay in total dollars (not rate) GDP per capita is rising much quickly in the greater part of the created countries of the world than China, by virtue of Chinaââ¬â¢s low establishment ofâ salary. The Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party a brief timeframe back allowed the draft for the eleventh 5-year plan for 2006 â⬠2010. The arrangement is planned to accomplish a relatively customary 45% expansion in GDP and 20% decrease in vitality power by 2010. Intriguingly enough, because of its tremendous populace, Chinaââ¬â¢s per capita portion of world GDP can in no way, shape or form achieve the degrees of the USA or Japan or some European nations in the 1990ââ¬â¢s by financial advancement alone. Admitted in another manner, a normal Chinese can never forces a similar near financial force that controlled by normal Americans, Western Europeans, and some Japanese in 1990ââ¬â¢s. This is exhibited as Japan had 20% of world GDP in April 1995, with not over 2% of its populace. (Sheep, 2004) End As China contains around 20% of the worldââ¬â¢s populace, it would require 200% of world GDP to contend with Japanââ¬â¢s level by this assessment in April 1995, which is close to inconceivable. Chinaââ¬â¢s portion of all out populace of the world would need to decrease in size to well beneath 10% for this to occur. (Fletcher, 2005) Thus, it is very certain that microeconomic hypotheses like the amount hypothesis of cash is exceptionally pertinent in the cutting edge setting of monetary examination and conjecture and the plan of the national and financial factors are constantly trustworthy. Hence, clearly financial editorials or monetary reports, similar to the one by The Star, can generally be utilized for the crucial comprehension of macroeconomics and its principals. Systems Reform in Juvenile Justice - Free Essay Example
There is no denying that the US justice system is in dire need of serious reform. For most people, the juvenile justice system may not seem too important compared to other ongoing issues in our nation. However, it is a grave issue that involves the lives of this countrys future workers and leaders, and so it must undergo serious changes. The juvenile justice system is a term that has many definitions but all of them fail to be exact. A huge chunk of the youth in our country are confined or incarcerated for nonviolent offenses. Many of these youth tend to have learning disabilities, mental, as well as behavioral health problems. When it comes to keeping youths out of the system, community involvement is necessary. They do not need punishment or stigma. While every situation is different, families are always the key to keeping daughters and sons sons out of trouble. The goal of this reform should be to help keep the youth out of the system. While many may see community-based approaches to juvenile justice as a novel development, those who promote them are actually bringing the field full circle. It is important to acknowledge that juvenile justice administration, programming, and policy happen to be highly cyclical, and that even when a radically divergent step from a present moment is taken, traces of the past can be evident. Over two thirds of our youth involved with the system experience mental health problems which can be resolved within the community setting. According to the article Juvenile delinquents in the Federal criminal justice system by John Scalia, approximately 65-70% of these young adults have at least one diagnosable mental health need and 25% have serious emotional issues. A fairly large percentage of juveniles have come in contact with authorities for activities that are criminalized due to being 18. These actions raise concern among the adults/guardians in their lives. Commonly referred to as status offenses, which is/are actions that are prohibited to only a certain class of people and is most often applied only to offenses committed by minors. Examples of status offenses include running away, curfew violations, underage drinking, persistent truancy and more. Many state and county status offense systems lack programs, services, or resources to help youth and their families in critical need of assistance. Judges are often left with few options but to take a child out of the home when he or she poses no threat to public safety and may be in need of treatment or services. This decision has lead to more unresponsive results which involve family stress, reduction in the involvement at school, and an increased likelihood of deeply becoming associated with the criminal justice system. Truancy has been proven to to be one of the strongest early signs that the child is advancing for potential delinquency and moreover failure in education. Incarceration is another proven segment of the system that is ineffective, inequitable, and damaging to children and society as a whole.Data also shows that African American youth were six times more likely than White youth to be detained, Latino youth were more than twice as likely, and Native American youth were nearly four times as likely. Data shows the ineffectiveness of incarceration in diminishing youth crime; and yet, the country is a safe haven to the largest prison system in the world and continues to spend the most resources on incarceration. Detention is comparable to jail. Placement or residential care, is another type of incarceration of children, which signifies long-term confinementâ⬠comparable to prison. Incarceration is the most serious disposition, or sentence, that is possible. The distinct use of incarceration as a form of rehabilitation is further confounded by the fact that these facilities across the US are routinely revealed to be and/or sued for housing children in dangerous living conditions in which heinous acts of abuse and neglect by staff are commonplace. I believe states and localities across the nation should implement immediate family focused alternatives to court intervention, which have and will prove to be ineffective at reducing family court caseloads. This will lower government costs and in turn provide meaningful and lasting support to children and families. We should be able to initiate an order of care focused on congregating mental health and related needs of children who get in trouble with the law through inclusive community based supports. In doing this, an opportunity is created to grow a concrete acknowledgement around the challenges that this generation presents. It is also a chance to overcome those challenges through planned and thoughtful programs and sustained funding.

Managing Client Different conflicts Study from HBS â⬠Free Samples
Question: Discuss about the Managing Client conflicts Study from HBS. Answer: Introduction In this case study from HBS, author talks about different conflicts at work place and how one goes about handling it. Think about making a journey to Paris and that you need to be there in two days. If you are in Lyon, France, there are many options you can take a train, airplane, car or even a bike. But if you are in San Francisco, your options are likely limited to an airplane. For effective behavior conflict, it is important to know not only the future state, but also the starting point. It is often easier to paint a picture of the future, but it does take time and effort to assess where you are now. Without the first steps, it is impossible to make a journey(Managing Client Conflicts, 2005). This tactic enables employees to understand the direction, and how they fit into the spectrum. This allows them to make their individual conflict plans, rather than treating everyone in the organization as one group Conflict categories If it is critical that some behaviors remain intact as the organization progresses through the conflict journey, be sure to list them in the "From" category. Ideally, the conflict journey would have the comprehensive list of behaviors that accurately describes "how works get done" in the organization today. Hopefully, some of the current behaviors are ones that need to stay and be taken to the next level (Dyer, 2015). The "To" part of the conflict journey should describe the new set of behaviors that you want the employees in the organization to learn that will become the new normal for the organization. Because you want this list to be comprehensive, you may have some "new" behaviors that you want as part of the organization that may not have a "From" that makes sense. For example, if the IT organization has predominantly done all work in-house and you are moving to outsourcing some set of services, then "negotiating productively with vendors" might be a new behavior for the organization that wouldn't have a corollary in "From." Employee behavior management for conflict resolution Similarly, you want to continue employing some behaviors that are strengths for the organization moving forward. Be sure to repeat those behaviors in the "To" column. You need to have examples of the behaviors that you want to stay, as they will inform your team members even more about the journey. When leaders present conflict to their employees, they are often months ahead of them in regard to thinking about the conflict, envisioning what the future looks like and working through details. At Gartner, we see CIOs with the best intentions execute behavior conflict poorly and often impatiently. Many forget their employees are just hearing about this and do not reflect on how they themselves initially felt. Table 3 lists some of the conflict challenges we have spotted. The examples are amalgamations of input we have heard from our clients over the past several years. Another challenge with influencing behavior conflict in an organization is that what employees are asked to conflict to is often vague. Many noble values such as "honesty" and "collaboration" can mean dramatically different things to individual employees. Certainly, most employees would assert that they are honest and collaborative. It is important to be specific. 4 More importantly, it is important to be specific while also acknowledging the positive behaviors that have built the foundation for these next steps (Antia, 2013). Too often, conflict sounds like a demolition rather than just a remodel. A remodel honors the foundation and introduces the updates in the spirit of keeping up with the times or accommodating future growth. Think about remodeling a house updating the kitchen and adding a bathroom as the family grows. The "bones" are good and have served the inhabitants well, but as children or relatives join the household, some conflicts are needed to accommodate the known and anticipate future conflicts(Managing Client Conflicts, 2005). Identify the Reason for Conflict the "Because" It is not enough to simply create the bookends. You are asking employees to go on a conflict journey. They need to know "why?" While it may be great to be in Paris in two days, it is critical to define why the trip is needed in order to compensate for any inconvenience. The From/To/Because model's third component is the "Because." "Because" does several things: It aligns the journey to the strategy of the business It aligns the journey to the IT component of the business strategy. It defines the urgency. It provides context for the journey. Some CIOs we speak with feel that once they have defined the IT strategy, the employees have the information they need to be motivated to make conflicts necessary to achieve the strategy. This assumption is incorrect for a few reasons: Most employees were not part of the in-depth discussions about the strategy and the debates/trade-offs involved to create the strategy. The strategy identifies what and how the IT organization plans to do to help the business win, but that "win" strategy is not necessarily intrinsically motivating to employees (Beitler, 2016). Employees are not always able to make the clear connection between the conflicts that are being asked for and how those conflicts make a difference to the strategy. Behavior conflict can feel more personal; "Because" gives employees the information they need to decide if they want to continue on the journey with the organization. In some cases, a small number of employees may choose to not participate and find other options. Being clear lets everyone know what is expected Recommendations Conclusion To help influence strategic business conflict, CIOs should compose the story line of organizational behavioral conflicts using the four components below: "From" is a description of the current behavioral patterns of the organization. It describes not only the behaviors that need to conflict, but those that should remain intact. "To" is the direction the organization needs to go in the future. It needs to strike a balance between being clear enough that employees can understand the future direction, but allow flexibility on exactly what the end state might look like. "Because" is why the organization needs to make the transition. Employees will be motivated to conflict when they understand the business value in doing so. Define the "Getting Started" steps. Providing the initial steps for the organization will help employees start the transition, build their confidence, and alleviate fears and concerns. How to Write Good Conclusion With Powerful Closure
How to Write Good Conclusion With Powerful ClosureA good and effective closing is the one that gets your reader to believe that what follows after those closing sentences is the product of professional writers. In fact, you should have an effective and creative idea to close with. If you think about the title of your book, 'How to Kick Your Dangerous Habit', a closing that is catchy or nice, although not too clever or surprising will work out well. There are so many different ways to construct a final paragraph. The main rule is to start your closing with a sentence that is not a question. This gives the feeling that the author might be giving you more information on the matter at hand and he or she would be happy to answer your question later on. When you're writing a conclusion that is very detailed or lengthy, this rule will be of no use. Before the conclusion, you should also end with some simple words or phrases that convey your thoughts on the matter at hand. Finally, do not give your reader too much time to read your conclusion. Unless the person reading the book really wants to know everything about your conclusion, he or she might simply go back to the beginning of the book to get that information. But if you want them to continue reading, you might want to add in something like this:Here, I've introduced the word 'usually' in order to clarify what I'm trying to say and to make my usual titles stand out. It is true that your readers may feel that they've got enough information in the conclusion, and therefore can simply skip it.
